Levels

E above is a simple analogy. We would have realized at where we are, sometimes when we just carry on our church duties n sunday stuff, the continuity of e 'business' is at norm. Perhaps, sometimes our spirit got it right, and we get lifted up and in e diagram, it is only 4levels.

Many times, we count on our feelings about God. "I felt God was ard", "i feel gd about the music today", "i feel church today was not bad", "i feel there's something missing"..So on n so forth. But feelings fluctuate, n cannot be consistent, tt is for sure. So, if we really try hard n be in e lifted level, we're in a series of human conformity-knowing by man standards tt being lifted is just tt all. Look, we've really missed e heart of God. He is mightier, able and much more.

Our everyday growing environment even church itself can cause e stagnancy cos' we're not zero-ed in to His whole spectrum of Godliness n experience. Tom says you can go this far in worship, dick comprehends tt you can somehow try to understand e Bible and Harry proclaims God to be somewhere around. We failed to sight His heart n luring spirit. It's always other, others n otherers. Where is the I AM who I AM?

The piercing qns is, where are you in God and where is the HE in you?

When our spirit gets lifted a lil, we can get so excited and just let it hang at tt level. God is soooo much more. Thinking just about tt idea means so much! When He comes n minister more, surely we can be BLASTED, nt just simply filled. It is overflowing, abundant n majestic!

We fall. Yes we do. Everyone does it anyway. Tt circumstance must happen so that when we're lifted again, the level we gain is exceeding. 9 levels if you'll take for reference! We must fall so that we learn how to pick ourselves again n experience how much the Lord can carry us thru. We have to go thru the stagnancy, boringness n sianess and work with e Holy Spirit to catch His heart! Then when e next wave comes, we catch it and we're surfing higher manz! N do you have your surf board ready?

And its not just all, being lifted ain't enough, you gotta be really HUNGRY. We wanna be MAD, CRAZY and be tt FOOL for Christ if tt is what it takes to glimpse a moment of His glory n experience. Where is e once We WANT more, More and MORE?

Where is the sight where ppl just crave for the worship to not stop becos it's so heavy? Where spirits rejoice n just can't stop praising? Where is e enthusiasm for the Word of God when it is spoken over e pulpit and we take gladness because we are convicted?

And while we have have so much to look forward to, we're touching on "pls turn off your gameboy in service", "what shall we have for lunch later?", "switch off your Hp pls", "stop sms-ing", "today i'm not going for spdlight cos i have homework to do", "Sianess" ...blah blah blah...

If YOU would make it a point to wanna go experience God, you'll throw in wadever it takes to just BE THERE. Don't cheat me by telling me God is e one who is so unfair when He would only visit FOP at the stadium n NOT in e church you're going to? You mean there is this biasness? You're mad.

My members are going really tough times. Some wanna exchange their faith and be bitter about it. Some pain themselves by keeping e hurts when it is not aired. We all love them but they choose to put tt shield to stop themselves. Qns like "Alvin, why do ppl wanna change chr?", "alvin,do u think its a contradicting about ppl moving everywhere n keep saying its a calling?", "alvin,i am so disappointed with spdlighters nt being enthusiatic when i tried to first bring the cg on n i realized i was e idiot dancing with joy", "alvin, e whole issue of christianity is nothing but controversial issues", "alvin, i still don't really feel tt God is really there after years of being in e chr"..."alvin, i had enuff of e members!they cannot understand me!", "alvin, i think e leaders are just so unreliable"...n e qns continues n why let them stop anyway?=)

E ans perhaps ain't so diff. Where is God in those pictures n qns and importantly, why are all e hopes n desires placed on peers, leaders, church n environment? You obviously know man are afterall weak in e flesh n they're never perfect to fit your needs. N you also obviously know God has always been there but you simply want e easiest way by not seeking becos it takes a whole lot of effort to get there. One is bound to be disappointed when his hope is in man n e environment and not in God. He is perfect, we're NOT.

Who ever told you Christianity was easy? A bed of roses? Dream on. To date, i still find this faith toughest becos our God is one who is of standard. Never have i knelt down before idols with joss sticks clasp between both hands and receive a need for the longing deep within. Do you noe what Asoka association is doing across e street? Ever tried going to e website and typed 'Satanism' in e search bar?

What for?

Smile becos you are one of the toughest among many. To play bad, it is very simple and efforless. Just follow the trends and be in it. Peers vulgar, you vulgar back. They love their middle fingers n so you love them back with it. They sniff out those who are weaker n whallop them with insults n sacarsm, all you have to do is to be there, watch n join in e fun, how tough can it be? Ain't e devils smart? It's so easy for them to lure us. And to just imagine we can be so funky n cool about it...

Do you noe how long and much effort it takes to be good n obedient to the Lord? Madness. All e restrictions, dicipline and self-control you need to exercise are at times more than what you can bear! Be innocent of evil? I find it easier to be innocent of good n tt is nt even trying. Afterall, living in e world manipulates you when you try to not be in it. Did God not offer Himself 2000+ years ago becos He noe tt today YOU cannot go on w/o HIS Grace n Mercy? And all you can do is to quit n get be cool by mocking those who are trying over n again to reach and wait upon Him. You're outta of ya mind.

No ones perfect, it goes for me as well. I'm still trying n holding on to what He desires for me in this life. So i'm gonna be bold here. It's not gonna be about Bro Sam, not any of e leaders neither musicians on stage nor choir or any worship leaders, not about ushers, nt e announcer n surely nt e person next to you. It's about His heart! Chasing after His passion!

Jian Han said something very true n right. We aren't even worthy to even praise Him in e first place. N when you do tt, it is a privilege. So why make it at such you own any rights to do things e way as and when as you like? I'm nt agnst anyone. Afterall, no pt cos we're sinners anyway.

In conclusion, let's be positive n do our part to bring spdlight to another level. It's afterall up to the army if they wanna fight for a land tt is flourished with goodness. If our commander ain't with us, then forget it, we're bound to lose. bt if tt commander is still living n inspiring, look at e diagram again, plan n determine which level e army of spdlighters would want to be once more.
