Lord, thank you for all you've done.

n now, i am totally convinced You deliver what You promised.

Your word is true.

I should jot this down and make known to those who read.

For you guys who stayed true and through with me,

you shld have known how this div started with difficulties and uncertainties.

As you guys have ever enerstly prayed for us, you made tt difference.

yes, your prayers are answered.

Not only now are the kids growing up, they are growing strong.

Just the past week, i have received positive feedbacks all around.

All the disciplining and doing what's right paid off.

Young minds and lives changed, siblings and parents are confident of how we're operating.

n Spdlighters shld know, parents are actually looking and talking about us.

Looking up at how spdlight has grown(while some of us are still whimpering dunno abt wad...).

And among the adult group, they are introducing one anothers' children to join us.

So, God must have done all things right with us.

Only if you allow yourself to be that vessel God can use.

I learnt, one doesn't really need to comprehend the full widom of His plans immediately(cos He obviously will show you pieces bit by bit...)

So, be patient and continue serving and praying and press on until u reach tt prize.

If in this division, P6 can do it, what more about us?

we could have been groundshaking and groundbreaking!

And certain leaders' names were brought up in praises.

Making differences in God with such magnitude.

Well done! Dear faithful leaders of Spdlight, don't give up! Our revival from God WILL COME.

All it takes is to believe.

You know who u pray to. You know who to call. If you say you believe, then believe you will.

To me, leadership can be very enduring.

Your journey may be more lonely cos you're doing the job assigned by God,

but becos God's our lead and we are the second in command, let us lead our sheeps well in preventing them to become Satan's lambchop.

I love my kids, all of them.

Nice ones, naughty ones, obedient ones, mischevious ones, all of them.

n my beloved leaders too.

They are simply AWESOME!

As you heed the call, the results will surface in due time.

n before you know, its all worth it.

More than just results, its about lives being changed.

n the call for Godly leadership becomes even more important.

n thru u, yes, even senior spdlighters, you become a living example for the young ones to follow.

So you do actually have a say to teach them right on our culture and energy.

Come on. Spdlight is about youths! about our culture.

About being Spdlighters together worshipping and seeking this common love of our Father.

yes, in life, everyone has their own fair share of hardship, not one without.

But keep your smiles wider and with gladness.

tt seperates us from the world of misery and make that cause happen for multitudes who wants to follow us.

Because only thru Jesus may we find true joy.

To those who missed out the combined Leader's Conference, i was blown away and concured to that authority from God thru Pastor Rony.
