my serious side...

Recently i received very good coaching from my senior commanders on my mission and on the less serious note, he realized i fidget alot. Was at the pool side with Ivan, Hairul, Jonathan, Fabian and John. We had a interesting n reflective talk and had a serious feedback session and appraisal of every individual. I appreciated that session, cos everyone took back their strengths and weaknesses that were pin-pointed to the core. It certainly caused us to look at ourselves differently and sink in the most honest feedback. Such would really push us a journey forward.

Apart from strengths, one takeback was that i'm totally full of energy and in so being influence people to push on with lots of dynamic drive. However, it could be a double-edged sword. There was a need for me to level down to be sensitive and suit certain group of people who can't match up.

I agreed becos their feedbacks were very well conveyed and that honesty was insane! so every one of us whom we called friends and brothers were grilled and glorified. To only finally realise, all of us had dark fears of which we wld have never spoken. Some were fearful to fail, some can't fail at all and took it too hard upon themselves. That was when i knew we had dark corners.

It was a good session and i thought that tool could be used effectively.

To those who really think i'm only insane, i am too, serious.
