i am determined to head for a quarter marathon.

apart from looking good and feeling good,

my running shoes are calling out for me.

Perspiration sorts me out, every time.

If you've never tried long distance running, try it.

The art comes in with:

-discipline of the mind over body
-adrenaline creating happy hormones to calm your clammed mind
-determination to see yourself through a process
-pain and sores to remind you how hard you've worked towards a goal
-lungs expansion to help you breathe your life on earth a little longer
-gratitude on how precious and tasty plain water can be after you lose water potential
-Sorting out life's issue with God (e wind, crashing of e waves n solitude always remind me these were made in love for me!)
-no feel of guilt when you attempt to consume your next meal
